Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sukkur Sindh is an important academic board of Sindh which has the authority to conduct annual and supply exams of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th class in the district of Sukkur and its nearby areas. Every year, thousands of regular and private student appear in the matric and intermediate exams conducted by BISE Sukkur. All the schools and colleges in these areas are affiliated with Sukkur Board while thousands of private students also register themselves with BISE Sukkur every year. 9th and 10th class annual exams are held every year in during the months of March and April while 11th and 12th class annual exams are conducted by Sukkur Board during the months of May and June.

Sukkur Board announces the SSC part 1 & 2 annual exams results in the month of July or August while the HSSC part 1 & 2 annual exams results are announced by BISE Sukur during the month of September of October. Soon after the result announcement, the results are uploaded at the official site of the board for the concerned students and they can view their related results easily from this site. The board also mails the result cards of all the students at their mentioned addresses which reach their destination just few days after the announcement of the results.

After couple of months of the annual exams results, the supply exams of matric and intermediate class also known as improvement exam or 2nd annual starts for the unsuccessful students of annual exams and their results are issued by BISE Sukkur after one or two months of the exams. These results are also uploaded at the official site of the board.
